In this virulence test, The virulence factor of JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum was detected by Pangenome analysis, in order to verify the existence of virulence gene and provide data support for safe application of product. The tests show that JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum did not carry virulence gene.

The second is Hemolysis test, JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum strain was used as the test strain to verify whether there was hemolysis and provide data support for the safe application of product. The growth of JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum on sheep blood AGAR plate was shown below, no hemolysis.  

The third is the test of compatibility with antibiotics, JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum is not sensitive to large concentrations of antibiotics shown below, etc., so it can be used in feed production and compatible with some antibiotics.
