The second is higher bile salt tolerance, The test results clearly show that JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum has the highest survival rate in three gradients of bile salt concentration, with comparison of other Clostridium butyricum strains.
The third is higher heat tolerance, the test set five gradients of temperature, from the result we can see No significant difference at 80-85℃; and JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum has the highest heat tolerance at 85-90 ℃, When reached 100℃ and treated for 2 mins, only JBH Biotech Clostridium butyricum has high bacterial activity, and no viable number was detected from other producers.
