1. Weather: the best activity of EM is when the water temperature is 20-30℃, but the activity is poor below 10℃.
2. Oxygen: the decomposition of organic matter in water requires oxygen consumption, so it is necessary to ensure adequate dissolved oxygen.
3. Water color: Transparency should not be too high, when the water quality is good green, using EM once every 15-30 days, but poor water quality 1-2 times a week
4. Alkalinity: Neutral or weakly alkaline water has better effect.
5. Nutrition: The utilization rate of bacteria on water C:N:P is 100:5:1. If water is too thin or the nutrition is single, the effect will be weak.
6. Worms: too many rotifers, branch horns and so on will affect the effect
7.Chemical: heavy metal or pesticide content is too high will affect the effect, recommended to use 3 days after chemical products
