The above of sea level culture of Penaeus vannamei has gradually become a representative breeding mode in many places because of its high seedling density, large yield and considerable economic benefits. Each m3 of seedlings can reach 90-180 tail, per m3 yield of 1.5-2.2 KG, annual breeding of 2-3 crops, breeding cost can be basically controlled at 2.5USD/KG, considerable profit. But the high density ,feeding more, nutrition is too high, the incidence is also increasing.
As we all know, farming is about raising the gut. C. butyricum, as a new star in the field of microecology, has an absolute advantage over the animal gut.
The effects of C. butyricum in high pool shrimp?
Experimental case:
Test material:
C. butyricum liquid
Usage mode:
Diluting the liquid with 4 times water then 100ml / kg feed and dried well for 30 minutes, fed 1 meal every morning, stopped 3 days after using 3 days, , and the test cycle was 60 days
Sample:
1h post-meal, random sampling
Experimental result:
1. Growth performance:
The test group growth is obviously better than the control.
2.Intestinal structure
During the experiment, some shrimp intestinal jejunum of the control group was light brown, and all the shrimp intestinal tract of the experimental group were full and dark black. Under the intestinal microscope, the intestinal pigment of the control group was pale red and scattered, with no fixed morphology; the intestine of the shrimp in the experimental group was dark black under the microscope, and the pigment was stable and regular star structure.
After 60 days of the experiment, the control group damaged columnar epithelial cells, due to the poor water quality environment, insufficient nutrition, and side effects of medication in the jejunum period, and the height of the columnar epithelial cells in the experimental group was up to 40 μ m, significantly higher than that of the intestinal columnar epithelial cells in the control group.
3. Structure of the intestinal microflora:
The intestinal tract of the control group was Candidatus Bacilloplasma (55.81%), Vibrio (14.39%), Pseudalteromonas (9.41%), Lujetella (8.40%) as the main bacteria; After 60d, The experimental group took C. butyricum, Lactobacillus, Bacteroides, S24-7, Candidatus Bacilloplasma, and Vibrio as the main bacterial groups, Vibrio genera and Candidatus Bacilloplasma accounted for 8.16% and 9.18%, respectively, It was lower than 14.39% and 55.81% in the control group.
In conclusion, C. butyricum liquid can reduce the incidence of intestinal disease and improve the production performance by improving the intestinal structure and the composition of intestinal microflora, it can reduce disease occurrence and improve production performance.
